We draft the right contract on the spot. Both parties sign through Discord, and a PDF is kept for the record.

Close

Ownership transfers. Commission is tracked, payouts are handled, and everyone walks away clean.

Commission Pool
Each sale puts 5% of the price into the pool. That one percentage covers everything.
75/25
Solo Deal
One realtor: 75% goes to the realtor, 25% stays with the firm.
60/15/25
Team Deal
Two agents: 60% senior, 15% junior, 25% firm.

Buying costs nothing on top of the price. The selling side pays the fee.
